Reflection of ways of managing Requirement Engineering 

With the process of Requirement engineering (RE) I have understood how the organizational objectives and strategies are defined. It has elicited my awareness about the significance of documentation. This has driven me to the process in maintaining organizational requirements to satisfy the demands. As engineering services require appropriate designing, I have realized the critical justification to hold true the process of gathering data. I acknowledged that elicitation in requirements from the valid sources enable me in directing the course of action to bring successful outcomes across the organization. It is through my personal experiences that I have gathered the ability that it is necessary to run thorough verification of the requirements from the authentic sources (Schmittner et al. 2017). With due term of experience in professional lineage I have gathered the understanding that elicitation of requirements is exceptionally significant for the organization to accumulation of facts to make changes and modifications are made subsequently. It is in relevance with the specification of the needs of the organizations that the demands from the market are possible to be created. 

As I served the XYZ Company under the designated role of Requirements Analyst, I was governed by the professional diameters to create specifications in requirements across the demands of the organization. Maintaining a stable system is what I understood as the primary requirement posed by the company. I needed to create balance between the company requirements engineering practices through professional knowledge I gathered. I have used market environment survey procedures to gage the ongoing demands among the customers through the online catalogue use. In the course of my journey in this field I have observed how adequate verification and validation of requirements have helped me formulate the development strategies. This has helped me l provide direction to the company so that they can prepare a realistic plan to undergo the approaches through consequent stages. I have always kept my focus towards the beneficiaries that are directly linked with the requirement engineering objectives I frame (Kannan et al. 2017). The organizational objectives matching with that of the people who are directly receivers of the services are tried to be put to examination. This is my course of verification where the authenticity and fulfillment of sources merge to validate my strategic suggestions. I offer professional analytic guidance through requirement engineering to company like XYZ. It brought me to the functional level to acknowledge that performance management through key indicators was used for objectifying the organizational system. 

The needs of the end users dominate the organizational performance. The marketing expectation has always critically kept significance in the course of my analysis. I have made optimized viewpoints under assessment that the characteristics that the organization possess are indicative of the outcomes it gets in return. It is this suggestion which made me propose about the Corporate Sustainable Responsibility strategy (CSR strategy).  This has helped me realize the power of the CSR strategy to bring about the changes in positive dimension to create progress and acceleration in performance momentum. I feel that it is my duty to make the company recognize their flaws and the loopholes (Alam et al. 2017). I therefore build up strong ethical objectives through which the responsibility standards are highlighted and projected to the clients and create subsequent market demands. As a crucial booster to the sustainability of the organization I act with the discipline of requirements engineering analysis. It is based upon valid and verified reports that make me conclude to the point that Customer Data holds maximized significance. Rendering the clients and customers with optimized access and data efficacy helps the organization to be managed effectually. 

It made me derive at a point that specific procedures that organization decides to undertake operationally establish the justification for their performance success (Saeed, Sarwar& Bilal, 2016). It is depending upon the crucial role that I play that makes a performance boosting and positive productivity through various accelerating analytical areas. With the conception of technological bend in customer demand, the suggestion to embody the substantiate requirement to meet those demands with effective data proceedings in technological dimensions are created. This creates a holistic understanding on my part where creativity backed with technological dimension helps the performance to get boosted for the company XYZ. This gives me fulfillment to actualize that working in an environmentally friendly surrounding requires analysis of requirements engineering through customer need satisfaction.
